Tokyo Immigration Regional Bureau announced on Twitter that: The office hours of their Branch Offices will be changed to 9:00 to 15:00 from Monday 27 for an unlimited period of time in order to prevent further spreading of COVID-19. Yokohama Immigration Regional Bureau announced on Twitter that: Their office hour will be changed to 9:00 to 15:00 from Monday 20 for an unlimited period of time in order to prevent further spreading of COVID-19. This new office hour is also applicable for "Voluntarily Apprearance" counter. Less reception counters might be opened on Wednesdays and Thursdays due to Immigration officer's teleworking. So, please give yourself enough time to reach there.
